At Germani Title & Closing we provide two types of services, escrow services and title services. 

Escrow Services

During a pending transaction funds and documents for the transaction must be held by a third party until the transaction is ready to close. Our escrow team hold funds and documents until the transaction has been approved and closed.

Title Services

Our title service scans all history of the property to ensure that your title is clear, and resolve any outstanding inconsistencies with the property.
